Mustard seeds are grown in the Western Australian Wheatbelt. Coriander and Fenugreek are grown around Dongara, a region south of Geraldton, Western Australia. Fine Salt is harvested from Lake Deborah. Flake Salt is harvested along the Murray River in Victoria. Truffles come from the Manjimup part of the southern forests region in Western Australia. 

Whittingtons range of Mustards are preserved with wine from Galafrey's in Mount Barker, Australian Apple Cider Vinegar and Beer.

Whittingtons uses no artificial colourings or preservatives nor does it use any bulking agents.  All Whittingtons products are 100% natural to help you add fine flavour to your food.
