Gourmet American Mustard
A refined mustard on the style of American Hot Dog Mustard, preserved using apple cider vinegar and acetic vinegar,
a long life is achieved by pasteurizing the mustard. Rich flavour, mild strength just delicious.



Gourmet Australian Mustard
Uniquely Australian taste, developed to please the connoisseur's palate, use with beef, ham or add to mayonnaise
for a salad condiment, all our mustards are natural we do not add artificial colours or preservatives. Low to medium strength.



Gourmet Australian Red Wine Mustard
Made with vintage red wine from Western Australia best growing wine region, a flavoursome mustard that matures in the bottle,
indulge yourself, cover a steak with mustard wait a while (WA) cook in a frying pan, remove meat and deglaze the pan
by adding 4 tablespoon of hot water 1 teaspoon of honey, when the volume diminishes to half pour over your steak,
enjoy the delicious flavours. Medium strength.



Gourmet Australian Beer Mustard
Australian beer is the basis of this mustard, it is used as the preserving agent, much better than using unknown chemicals.
The taste is unique, the flavours are truly spectacular, many aficionados use this mustard as a spread. Mild to medium.



Gourmet Chilli Mustard
Delicious chilli mustard, full flavour, we use many spices to complement the chilli flavour, indulge yourself,
add a tablespoon to a jar, add 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, the juice of a fresh lime and a crushed garlic to prawns,
calamari and seafood at the end of cooking toss in the pan and serve on a bed of steamed rice. Medium strength.



Gourmet Dijon Mustard
Our Dijon mustard is exquisite, we use the best wine from Mt Barker produced from one of Australia
best wine region by young dynamic wine maker. Full of flavour, we add to this exquisite mustard apple cider vinegar
and let the mustard mature for few month, until it is ready to delight any palate. High strength.



Gourmet English Mustard
Our English mustard is an original recipe from an old English grandmother that was passed to her from her grandmother.
All we do is to add the same tasty wine that we use in our Dijon and French mustard, apple cider vinegar.
An explosion of flavour for the connoisseur. High strength.



Gourmet French Mustard

Original French recipe, beautiful Mt Barker wine, premium selected herbs and spices, nothing but the best.
The style is definitely Dijon the ingredients are definitely premium, creative chefs love this mustard.
Use in "Dijonese", use as traditional Dijon, use in dressing and condiments a mild flavour capable not
to overwhelm other flavours,but to be distinctive. Mild to medium strength.



Gourmet German Mustard
The original German taste for this sweet and spicy mustard, is achieved by using the best Western Australian ingredients,
also our mustard chef happens to be German, it is a mild mustard suitable for children, we stone ground 70% of the mustard seeds
and turn them into flour we add the remaining seeds, herbs spices apple cider vinegar. Mild strength.



Gourmet Australian White Wine Mustard
Our white wine mustard was developed specially to be unique, we turned the conventional thinking upside down
and developed a mustard that it is as good on meats as it is on fish. Like all our mustards we used the best wine
from Mt Barker, the best, seeds from the WA weathbelt area and the best spices.
The head chef at one of Perth top hotel, loves to use this mustard on fish. Add a spoonful to a jar add extra virgin olive oil,
add chopped fresh coriander, sliced garlic and fresh lemon juice, drizzle on a grilled fish. Medium strength.



Gourmet Wholegrain Bush Mustard
As natural as nature, we preserve this Wholegrain mustard with apple cider vinegar, we add no sugar,
we add spices, we enjoy the mustard flavour. Add a tablespoon to your soup, taste the difference.
Add to a jar a spoonful of Whittingtons Wholegrain Bush Mustard, add extra virgin olive oil,
crushed garlic and a squeeze of lemon pour on  salads, add to dressings, a very versatile mustard.
