Gourmet Australian Red Wine Mustard

with vintage red wine from Western Australia best growing wine region,
a flavoursome mustard that matures in the bottle,

pan, remove meat and deglaze the pan

adding 4 tablespoon of hot water 1 teaspoon of honey, when the volume
diminishes to half pour over your steak,

much better than using unknown chemicals.

Gourmet Chilli Mustard

flavour, we use many spices to complement the
chilli flavour, indulge yourself,
add a
tablespoon to a jar, add 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil,
the juice of a fresh lime and a crushed garlic to prawns,
calamari

seafood

the end of cooking toss in the pan and serve on a bed of

wine region by young dynamic wine maker. Full of flavour, we add to
this exquisite mustard apple cider vinegar
and
let the mustard mature for few month, until it is ready to delight any
palate. High strength.

Our
English mustard is an original recipe from an old English grandmother
that was passed to her from her grandmother.
All we
do is to add the same tasty wine that we use in our Dijon and French
mustard, apple cider vinegar.

our mustard chef happens to be German, it is a mild mustard suitable
for children, we stone ground 70% of the mustard seeds
and
turn them into flour we add the remaining seeds, herbs spices apple
cider vinegar. Mild strength.
Gourmet Australian White Wine Mustard
Our
white wine mustard was developed specially to be unique, we turned the
conventional thinking upside down
and
developed a mustard that it is as good on meats as it is on fish. Like
all our mustards we used the best wine
from
Mt Barker, the best, seeds from the WA weathbelt area and the best
spices.
The
head chef at one of Perth top hotel, loves to use this mustard on fish.
Add a spoonful to a jar add extra virgin olive oil,
add
chopped fresh coriander, sliced garlic and fresh lemon juice, drizzle
on a grilled fish. Medium strength.

natural as nature, we preserve this Wholegrain mustard with apple cider
vinegar, we add no sugar,

spices, we enjoy the mustard flavour. Add a tablespoon to your soup,
