Vanilla Extract (Natural) Two Folds
We
use the
best vanilla beans from Madagascar
and Papua New Guinea, to make this 100% Natural vanilla Extract,
based
on Alcohol extraction method, much better than sugar based method, our
vanilla does not crystallize when heated,
the
alcohol evaporates
leaving full vanilla flavour behind. A must for the pastry chef.
Two
folds is the technical term for concentrated to twice the strength.
Vanilla Essence (Natural)
The
same
method of extraction is used for all
our essences, for all our natural essences the only preservative that
we use is alcohol,
thus you can rest assure that
only the best natural
beans are used to give a rich vanilla flavour to your baking.

Orange
Essence (Natural)
Our natural
orange essence is rich in natural
flavour, as above alcohol is the preferred preserving method,
an
orange
and poppy seed cake taste delicious with the encasement of our 100%
natural orange essence,
use
in
cocktails ice cream and cooking. Single

Lemon
Essence
(Natural)
Many
times question are asked about slight
colour variations, we say please look at a couple lemon trees
and
see
if both trees have the same lemons with the same colour,
nature
takes
liberty with colour all the time, so sometimes the colour may vary,
but
if
you want natural you must have nature.
As
above
alcohol based, rich
flavour use ten ml to a liter. Top of the range.
Rum
Essence
(Natural)
The easy essence, use to make rum
balls, add
flavour to drinks
use in ice creams.
Many use are found for this
natural rum essence.
From the cook to the chef to the "barista" the
